Shipment

How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium, you will receive your package within 1-3 working days. Allow 3-7 days for the other countries.

Please note, this is an indication and not a guarantee. It is always possible that the package takes a little longer, due to pressure at the shipping company. Of course we do our best to deliver your beautiful acquisitions as quickly as possible!

Can I choose a date and time slot for the delivery of my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a date and time slot when placing your order. We work with a small enthusiastic team, and post your order as soon as possible!

PS are you placing a large order with several products at the same time? Or do you order one of our largest lamps? These go on a pallet via Dachser, and then you can indicate your own day and timeslot. They will call you to make an appointment.

 

What are your shipping methods?
We have two shipping methods, depending on the size of your order. All “normal” packages go through UPS, which we chose for their good service. Are you going to order a large number of products or one of our largest lamps? Then your order will be sent via Dachser, on a pallet. The costs of this are of course higher than for the regular packages.

 

It takes a long time for my order to arrive, what can I do?
Does it take longer than four working days for your package to arrive (Netherlands)? Then we always advise to view the tracking of your package.

If it has not yet been sent, we are still packing and sending your order. If your package has been in the sorting process for a while, please send us an email to web@zenzahome.com with your order number.

Is the package listed as delivered, but you haven't received anything yet? Check your letterbox carefully for a note with information from the courier.


 
What happens to my order if I am not at home when it is delivered?
Of course it may happen that you are not at home during the order. UPS will leave a note in your letterbox with information on how to get your package. The package may be with the neighbors, or they will try to deliver it again the next day. If it is not successful after two attempts, your package will be taken to a UPS point nearby.

Will your order be shipped via Dachser? They work by appointment, so it is important that you arrive at the agreed time. Is that not going to work? Then contact them as soon as possible.

 

Can I have my package delivered to someone else?
Of course! If you want to have your package delivered to someone else, enter your own address in the check-out under the heading billing address and the address of the recipient under "shipping address". We will send the package tracking code to you so you can track it when it arrives.
